How to Book FITs on Food Cart Tours for Contiki Group Leaders
- Check calendar for availability of upcoming tours: The calendar below shows all available food cart tours. If you have 6 or more people who are available on another date that does not appear on the calendar, please contact our office at +1(347)903-8687 to make a request. We will do our best to accommodate these types of requests, but accommodations are subject to availability.
- Book at least 24 hours in advance via text, phone, or online: The Contiki Group Leader must make the reservation for Contiki FITs at least 24 hours in advance of the tour. Reservations can be made by calling or texting +1(347)903-8687 during business hours (10am EST – 6pm EST) or by booking via the calendar below. In order for the reservation to be confirmed, the group leader must receive a confirmation email from Turnstile Tours.
- Provide necessary info to Turnstile Tours for the reservation to be made: When booking the reservation/s, please provide the following information: number of guests, their names, group leader name, the trip code, and the departure code, and any dietary restrictions. We can accommodate nearly all dietary needs on this tour. Turnstile Tours will invoice Contiki Holidays based on the information provided, so you do not have to enter any payment information when booking.
- Make sure FITs understand the terms of purchase before booking: By making a reservation on the Food Cart Tour, group leaders must clearly convey to Contiki FITs that all reservations are final; there are no cancellations and their tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Also, by participating in this tour, guests agree to the terms and conditions, available online or upon request prior to the tour.
- Receive confirmation message and share with FIT guests: Group leader receives confirmation: Once the reservation is made, the group leader will receive a confirmation email that contains detailed directions and contact information. Please share this email confirmation with FIT guests so that they can photograph, screenshot, or print this message to bring with them for the tour.
- Meeting Location Info: Financial District Tours begin at 12pm outside the public atrium at 60 Wall St. Midtown Tours begin at 2pm and meet outside the Bank of America Tower, located on the west side of 6th Ave between 42nd St and 43rd St.
- Group leaders are welcome to join the tour anytime free of charge – just select the “Group Leader” ticket type when booking.
- Capacity for FITs: Online bookings are limited to 16 guests, but if you have more than 16 that would like to book, please call or text us at +1(347) 903-8687 and we can easily accommodate a larger group with advance notice.
